Questions & Answers

What to know before we start

Required documents, work models, schedules, account review and coordination with project stakeholders.

What should I provide to receive a proposal?

Where available: current drawings, BOQ, specifications, contract, existing accounts and a short description of the required service. After an initial review, the scope and suitable work model can be defined.

Can the work be performed remotely?

Yes. Much of the takeoff, preparation and verification work can be completed remotely. Site measurements or participation in meetings can be coordinated when required under the agreed engagement.

Is the service available throughout Israel?

Yes. Services are provided nationwide through remote work combined with site visits or meetings when required and agreed.

Can we work on a monthly retainer?

Yes. A fixed monthly project framework can define tasks, availability and reporting. Engagements can also be structured per project, per account, by hours or by working days.

Can you review an account that has already been prepared?

Yes. The review can cover quantities, BOQ items, rates, variations, supporting records and consistency with previous accounts and project documents.

Do you work for the contractor or the client?

Services can support the contractor in preparing and substantiating an account, or the client and supervision team in reviewing it. The role and instructing party are defined in advance to maintain professional clarity.

Can you also handle variations?

Yes. Where required, the service can include quantity calculations, rate analysis, compilation of documentation and a structured submission for further review and approval.

Can you join a project that is already under construction?

Yes. The initial stage will include reviewing project documents, account status, cumulative quantities, variations and the tracking method used to date.

Can previous accounts be reviewed?

Yes. Reviewing previous accounts can build a cumulative picture, identify duplicates or gaps and clarify the basis for the current payment application.

How is the service priced?

Pricing depends on document volume, project complexity, service type, schedule, meeting or site requirements and the required support level. It may be priced per project, per account, by hours, by working days or as a monthly retainer.

Can you attend project meetings?

Yes, when required and coordinated in advance. Frequency, location and inclusion within the service will be defined in the proposal.

Is approval of the account guaranteed?

No. Approval depends on the contract, supervision review, the client’s decision and the available documentation. The service prepares, reviews and substantiates the account professionally but cannot guarantee approval.
