A systematic review before account approval
A contractor account consolidates data accumulated throughout the project. A professional review assesses not only the current line item but also cumulative continuity, the source of quantities, rate compliance and the relationship to contract documents and site progress.
The office is based in Eilat and provides services for projects in Eilat and throughout Israel, remotely and with project meetings or site visits when required and agreed.
Quantity and Drawing Compliance Review
Review of quantity sources, measurement method and alignment with current drawings and reported execution. Where required, discrepancies are marked for clarification or remeasurement.
- Period quantities
- Cumulative quantities
- Current drawings
- Actual execution
BOQ Item and Rate Review
Review of allocation to BOQ items, contract rates and whether the claim was submitted under the appropriate item. For variations, the basis, approval and rate analysis are assessed.
Previous Accounts and Cumulative Quantities
Comparison with previous accounts and quantities already approved to identify duplicates, unusual jumps, reclassification or breaks in account continuity.
Variations and Additions
Review of documentation, instructions and approvals for additional work. The review distinguishes what is substantiated, what is missing and what requires a decision by the authorised party.
Review Report and Comments
Clear consolidation of gaps and comments so the contractor can complete or revise the submission and the project manager can make an informed decision.
