Prepare the account for review — not only for submission
Preparing a contractor payment application requires coordination between site measurements, drawings, the BOQ, contract conditions and previous accounts. The goal is to present quantities and claims in an orderly way, reduce ambiguity and support the response to review comments within the agreed scope.
The office is based in Eilat and provides services for projects in Eilat and throughout Israel, remotely and with project meetings or site visits when required and agreed.
Interim Payment Application
Consolidation of work executed during the account period, measurement of quantities, allocation to BOQ items and preparation of supporting records, while maintaining continuity with previous accounts.
- Period quantities
- Cumulative quantities
- Previous certified amount
- Measurement records
Cumulative Account
Control of total quantities submitted or approved throughout the project. Cumulative verification is important for preventing duplicates, unexplained overruns and gaps between accounts and actual progress.
Final Account
Consolidation of the project’s complete quantity position, closing items, final adjustments and recording variations and additions according to the available documentation and approvals.
Coordination with Project Management, Supervision and Client
After submission, the review process can be supported by presenting the calculation method, responding to comments, making revisions and aligning the material with approval requirements. The support scope is agreed in advance.
Variations & Change Orders
Work not clearly covered by the BOQ requires separate calculation, documentation and presentation. Where required, the service can include rate analysis, supporting records and preparation of the change submission.
- Quantity takeoff
- Rate analysis
- Documentation and records
- Structured submission for approval
Account Status Tracking
Tracking comments, versions and revisions clarifies what was submitted, reviewed, remains open and was approved, maintaining continuity into the next payment cycle.
