Infrastructure providers and communication channels
Information may be processed through technology infrastructure providers required to operate the website, email or communication channels, but it is not transferred to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
The contact form is transmitted through Web3Forms as a technical email-delivery provider. Form details are sent to Web3Forms solely to deliver the enquiry to Katya and are also subject to the provider’s privacy policy; the website does not use them for advertising or remarketing.
Contact through WhatsApp, email or phone is initiated by the user and is also subject to the operation and policies of the relevant service provider.
Cookies and technical means
The website uses Google Analytics 4 for statistical measurement of website use and improvement. Analytics is activated only after the user expressly chooses to allow it. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no information is sent to Google.
After consent, Google Analytics may process technical and usage information such as pages viewed, website interactions, device and browser type and an approximate location derived from the IP address. Google acts as a technology infrastructure provider for this measurement.
After consent, Google Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id> may be created. Their standard lifetime is up to two years, subject to the Google Analytics settings. The analytics preference and language choice are stored locally in the browser.
Google Analytics is not used on this website for targeted advertising, remarketing or marketing profiling, and advertising and personalisation signals remain denied. You can change your choice at any time through the ‘Analytics settings’ link in the website footer. The hosting platform may also use essential technical means required to operate and secure the website.
Retention, security and privacy requests
Information is retained as required to handle the enquiry, manage a business relationship if one is formed and comply with legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can provide absolute protection against every security risk.
For a question or a request to access, correct or delete information you provided, contact Katya Blucher at 054-3176355 or katya.blucher@gmail.com.
